Responsibilities include: Welcome and assist residents, families, visitors, vendors, and guests as they enter the community. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor at all times. Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls appropriately, take messages, and provide information as needed. Support front office operations by performing administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance. Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient reception area. Monitor visitor access and ensure all sign-in procedures are followed. Assist with resident, visitor, and staff inquiries in a courteous and timely manner. Remain calm and respond effectively during emergency situations, following established policies and procedures. Ensure infection prevention, health, safety, and community protocols are followed by residents, visitors, and staff. Collaborate with department leaders and team members to support daily community operations. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
