Machinery Lube Technician

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Fuel Lube Technician to perform maintenance duties on recycling equipment, compactors, and light trucks to maximize safe and productive operations. Responsibilities Follow a consistent and regular schedule to perform various types of maintenance on heavy equipment and various pieces of machinery. Perform minor repairs on equipment using tools, machine tools and measuring instruments; conduct oil changes, lubrication of equipment, tire replacements, hose repairs, battery replacements and assorted services. Operate and test equipment and produce detailed service reports and repair logs. Follow all established procedures and protocols and build positive relationships with internal and external teams. Perform additional duties as assigned. Eligibility and Qualifications Ability to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Good written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers. Must have a valid driver’s license; CDL preferred. Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner that promotes harmonious relationships with customers, clients, vendors, co‑workers and management. Physical Requirements Reach with hands and arms. Climb and walk on heights generally greater than four feet. Occasionally lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Benefits Industry‑leading benefits.
