• Partner directly with agency owners to assess their business health and identify specific opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate training and development programs to help agency staff sharpen their sales techniques and client engagement skills.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular feedback to ensure agencies are meeting their milestones.
• Help recruit new agency owners in Ohio.
• Develop and implement customized marketing and outreach strategies for individual agencies.
• Cultivate a supportive, encouraging environment where agency leaders feel empowered to take bold steps toward their goals.

• Professional experience in insurance sales or agency operations.
• Strong background in coaching, mentoring, or developing sales talent.
• Deep understanding of the insurance landscape and agency growth strategies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building trust with business owners.
• Active Ohio insurance producer license.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze agency data and translate it into actionable growth plans.
