3rd Shift Call Center Rep Location: Eden Prairie, MN Looking to start or grow your career in operations or logistics? What You'll Do Track and manage shipments from start to finish Communicate with customers and carriers via email and phone Update orders, assign loads, and ensure accurate system data Work from task queues and inboxes in a high-volume environment Follow established processes to resolve issues quickly and efficiently Schedule Training (5 weeks onsite): Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM After training: 3rd shift schedule (11:30 PM - 8:00 AM), including weekends Pay: $21.50/hr What We're Looking For Required: High school diploma or GED Customer service experience Comfortable working overnight and weekends Nice to Have: Experience in logistics, call center, retail, hospitality, or scheduling roles Basic Microsoft Office skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Why This Role?
