Overnight Call Center Rep

Overnight Call Center Rep Location: Eden Prairie (Minnesota) Join a 24/7 operations team supporting shipment tracking and logistics for thousands of customers. This is a fast-paced, high-volume overnight role ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in structured, team environments. Schedule Training (5 weeks): Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Post-training: Primarily overnight shifts (11:30 PM - 8:00 AM), including weekends Candidates should expect to remain on night shift for ~1 year Pay: $21.50/hr Responsibilities Track shipments, create and manage orders, and update load information Respond to customer and carrier inquiries (primarily email and phone) Follow SOPs to ensure accurate and timely execution Monitor inboxes and task queues in a high-volume environment Document updates and escalate issues as needed Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED Customer service experience Ability to work overnight/weekend shifts Preferred: Logistics, call center, or dispatch experience (retail, hospitality, food & beverage industries ok) Microsoft Office proficiency Strong attention to detail and communication skills Additional Details Structured training and growth opportunities Contract-to-hire potential All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
