Each practice has an Operations Manager who assists with hiring staff. All physicians receive full benefits including paid time off, health, dental, life insurances, retirement options, and an annual CME stipend of $5,000. Compensation model: 1st year guaranteed salary with productivity/WRVU incentives; 2nd year and beyond based on productivity. Office hours: Monday‑Friday. Shared call with other physicians, weekdays and weekends. This will vary depending on specialty and opportunity. The goal is to build a traditional office‑based practice, see consults, patients, and referrals in the hospital, and maintain hospital privileges. The incoming physician will be placed in an existing office or a start‑up practice. Position Type This is a non‑employed position and will be a collection guarantee.
