Lead Line Cook – Renata's Hearth, Arizona Biltmore Renata's Hearth serves contemporary Latin cuisine. As a Lead Line Cook you will maintain and set up food production and quality control of all food items across kitchen stations. The role is full‑time and requires availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities Sauté dishes to order following restaurant recipes and plating guidelines. Prepare all food items according to standard recipes or guest specifications to ensure consistency. Visually inspect, select, and use only food items that meet ideal cooking standards. Maintain consistency and work collaboratively with the culinary team. Check and control proper storage of products, monitoring age and condition to rotate and maintain highest quality. Keep refrigeration equipment, storage, and working areas clean and clutter‑free, complying with health department regulations. Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items for production. Apply math skills to follow recipes accurately. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of cooking experience in a professional, fast‑paced kitchen. Prior hotel / resort experience preferred. Upscale / luxury dining experience preferred.
