Product & Engineering PowerPoint Presentation Designer

Role Overview

Help improve executive-level product and engineering presentations while contributing real-world expertise that supports the training and evaluation of next-generation AI systems. You will review business slides such as roadmaps, architecture overviews, and program updates, then reconstruct and strengthen them in Microsoft PowerPoint without losing the source material''s intent or critical context.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze images of product and engineering business slides and accurately rebuild them in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Preserve factual accuracy, domain definitions, and important caveats.
• Improve clarity, data visualization, layout, message hierarchy, visual storytelling, and evidence-supported titles.
• Edit slide content and supporting visuals while remaining faithful to the original context and intent.
• Create a detailed log for every slide that explains accepted improvements and deliberately rejected changes, demonstrating sound judgment.
• Provide plain-language feedback that is useful to both engineering leaders and senior executives.
• Apply product and engineering expertise to produce high-quality real-world input for AI training and evaluation. No prior AI experience is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, engineering leadership, or technical program management, with strong familiarity with product and engineering contexts.
• Demonstrated experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders or clients.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including slide reconstruction, presentation design, content editing, data visualization, and visual storytelling.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail, including the ability to defend design, content, and improvement decisions.
• Exceptional written communication, including the ability to clearly explain message hierarchy, title rationale, and visual choices.
• Industry practitioners and consultants with relevant domain expertise are encouraged to apply. Consulting-firm experience is not required.
• Experience with AI model training, evaluation, or rubric writing is helpful but not required.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.
• Work is completed through project-based sprints. Individual assignments typically take 1 to 2 hours, with adaptable timing.

Compensation

$150 to $350 per hour.
