Accounting Specialist

Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

Assures continuous internal controls and audit of all accounts and records of MIPRTC, Inc. Assists the Business Manager in preparation of accounts for external audit from independent Certified Public Accountants.

Analyze and record forms such as: Quarterly Reports, Form 941, W-2, W-3, 1099, and 1095C.

Prepares weekly check disbursements for accounts payable. Adequately stores records for accounts payable on an annual basis.

Prepares, interprets, and disseminates Financial Statements to the Administrator and the Business Manager monthly.

Monitor cash flow and cash flow needs to facilitate the orderly conduct of operations.

Prepares monthly reconciliation of bank statements.

Monitors and assists with payroll review.
