As our Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in menu planning and recipe development. - Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. - Overseeing food preparation and ensuring consistent presentation. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. - Monitoring inventory and coordinating with suppliers to ensure freshness and availability of ingredients. - Upholding our commitment to quality and excellence in every dish.

We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef who brings: - At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen. - A strong understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations. - The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills. - A passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes that reflect our farm-to-table philosophy.
