Key Qualifications:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students requiring OT services
• Deliver direct and consultative services in traditional and teletherapy formats
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for each student
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings, goal setting, and transition planning
• Educate staff and caregivers on strategies that support students’ developmental and functional needs in school
