ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage end-to-end execution of service contracting, retrofit, and replacement projects—from kickoff to completion. Lead teams of installers, subcontractors, and technicians across multiple disciplines. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Oversee quality control, compliance, and safety standards. Serve as the primary customer contact, building strong partnerships through communication and trust. Support pre-bid and proposal development with accurate estimates and scopes of work. Coordinate procurement, subcontractor quotes, and project documentation. Track financial performance—budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and cash flow management. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and safety. Troubleshoot challenges, drive creative solutions, and maintain accountability for results.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience). At least 2+ years of project management experience in HVAC, construction, or controls (or 6+ years directly related experience without a degree). Familiar with HVAC systems, temperature controls, and energy management. Experienced with Microsoft Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of financial and contracting processes (public works experience a plus). Bonus: Experience with Microsoft GP/Wennsoft.
