Role Description The Account Manager – Fort Worth is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Fort Worth, TX, responsible for managing and growing on‑premise and off‑premise accounts within the assigned territory. This role includes building and maintaining relationships with retailers, bars, restaurants, and distributors, ensuring product availability, visibility, and optimal placement. The Account Manager will conduct regular sales visits, present new products, execute promotional activities, and support events, tastings, and tap takeovers to drive brand awareness. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include tracking sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, resolving account issues, and providing feedback from the market to internal teams. The role also involves coordinating with production, marketing, and distribution partners to meet volume targets, maintain high service levels, and uphold Rahr & Sons’ brand standards in every account. Qualifications Proven experience in account management, sales, or territory management, ideally in the beverage, CPG, or hospitality industry. Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and customer service skills with the ability to influence decision‑makers at all levels. Solid organizational and time‑management abilities, including territory planning, route efficiency, and follow‑through on commitments. Basic proficiency with CRM tools and common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) to track activities and report on results. Knowledge of the craft beer industry, beer styles, and draft and package formats; willingness to continue learning about brewing and products. Comfort representing the brand at events, tastings, and promotions, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the Fort Worth area and nearby markets. Ability to lift and move beer cases and kegs as required for merchandising, events, and account support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present products and programs clearly and professionally.
