Rehabilitation Technician (Physical & Occupational Therapy)We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and compassionate Rehabilitation Technician to join our outpatient therapy team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our physical and occupational therapists by assisting patients with prescribed exercise programs, preparing treatment areas, applying therapeutic modalities, and ensuring the clinic operates efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities as directed by licensed Physical and Occupational Therapists.Prepare patients for treatment sessions, including setting up therapeutic modalities (such as heat, ice, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and traction) under therapist supervision.Monitor patients during exercises and report any concerns or changes to the supervising therapist.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment by disinfecting equipment, treatment tables, and common areas according to clinic protocols.Ensure treatment areas are fully stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.Assist with patient flow by escorting patients, preparing treatment spaces, and helping maintain an efficient clinic schedule.Set up and clean treatment areas before and after each patient visit.Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming, positive experience for patients and their families.Perform other clinic support duties as assigned to promote efficient daily operations.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with appropriate body mechanics.What We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who are:Passionate about helping others improve their health and quality of life.Hardworking and eager to learn.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Reliable, positive, and motivated to provide exceptional patient care.Able to adapt quickly and contribute to an efficient, patient-focused clinic.Join Our Team If you're looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable experience in rehabilitation and healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.
