Electron Beam Operator

job summary:
Electron Beam equipment operator/programmer needed for an immediate temp to direct opportunity in the Windsor area of CT. Our recent growth has awarded this opportunity to add experienced electron beam technicians to our dedicated team.

In this role you will operate our state of the art precision EB equipment focusing on the finest workmanship while servicing the aerospace industry among many others.

The right person for this role will be familiar with Hamilton Standard W-2 and W-3 systems and have a proven passion for details and quality. In this role you will set up the proper five core parameters and program the machine for specific operations based on customer requirements. You will also be involved with the set up, breakdown, preventive maintenance and and troubleshooting of issue if necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years related experience with proven work history

• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions

• Proven experience programming electron beam equipment

• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues

• Maintains a safe and clean working environment

• Computer skills, with proficiency in MS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
