Manager of Prospect Development, Relationship Intelligence

Job Overview The University of Nevada, Reno seeks a Manager of Prospect Development, Relationship Intelligence to support donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship across the university's Advancement organization. Key Responsibilities Track and report on fundraiser activity, portfolio movement, proposals, and pipeline health. Collaborate with frontline officers and team members to troubleshoot issues and track progress. Analyze wealth, giving, and engagement data to assess donor capacity and support portfolio strategy. Recommend prospects for fundraiser portfolios. Prepare prospect research deliverables—including donor profiles, briefings, and due diligence reports. Identify and recommend new prospective donors based on capacity and affinity. Provide data‑driven insights while adhering to ethical research standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with at least two (2) years of related experience, ora Master’s degree with at least one (1) year of related experience. Experience in prospect research, prospect management, fundraising operations, data analysis, or related fields. Compensation and Benefits Grade: Administrative Faculty – B. Salary is competitive and commensurate with education and experience. The University offers a retirement plan with a 19.25% contribution matched by the University, 100% vested from day one.
