We are seeking a driven Account Executive - Truck Leasing to join our growing leasing team.As a Commercial Truck Lease Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and growing revenue through full-service lease, contract maintenance, and commercial truck rental solutions. This is an outside sales role focused on helping fleet customers improve operations through strategic truck leasing programs.If you're a motivated sales professional who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Prospect and secure new commercial truck leasing, rental, and contract maintenance opportunities within an assigned territory.Develop and execute strategies to grow market share and increase fleet leasing revenue.Extend and renew existing lease agreements before or upon contract expiration.Identify customer transportation needs and recommend appropriate leasing, rental, and maintenance solutions.Develop proposals including pricing, availability, product applications, and credit terms.Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial truck leasing customers.Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for additional fleet services and equipment.Consistently meet or exceed lease and rental sales goals.Maintain an active pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, referrals, and territory development.What We're Looking For?Cold-Calling Mavericks: You thrive on picking up the phone and turning strangers into clients.Territory Builders: Establish and own a new market from the ground up.Self-Sufficient Go-Getters: Work independently, set your own pace, and crush targets.Challenge Seekers: You love tackling obstacles and closing tough deals.Aggressive Prospectors: Relentlessly pursue new customers with bold, strategic approaches.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business preferred.Three years of business to business sales experience.Two or more years of leasing and rental sales, experience or sales support role with high level exposure to customers, preferably in a transportation-selling environment.Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.Skilled in the operation of a variety of computer software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Excellent customer service skills.Hold a strong knowledge of commercial trucks.What We Offer:Opportunity to build your own empire in a fresh territory.Competitive compensation with uncapped commissions and benefits package, including an ESOP program.Be part of a dynamic, growth-focused team.If you're ready to hunt, win, and leave your mark, apply now!
