Clinical Site Leader & Study Project Manager

The Site Manager will oversee operations across West Broward clinical research sites, supporting both neuroscience and psychedelics programs. This role blends site leadership with hands-on study project management, with responsibility for stabilizing, optimizing, and scaling site performance while helping build future program leadership structures. Role Summary: Responsible for overall site performance, including recruitment, enrollment, staff management, regulatory compliance, and study execution. Serves as both operational leader and Study Project Manager for high-priority trials. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily site operations and staff performance
• Drive recruitment, screening, enrollment, and retention
• Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA, and protocol requirements
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors, CROs, and vendors
• Manage study timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution
• Monitor KPIs including enrollment, retention, quality, and profitability
• Maintain CTMS and data entry compliance
• Train, mentor, and develop research staff
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage staffing needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Recruitment, Finance, and Marketing
• Improve workflows and operational systems
