Onsite Community Association Manager

Role Description The Onsite Community Association Manager is a full-time role based at a community location in Winter Garden, FL. This position oversees the daily operations of the association, including vendor coordination, facilities inspections, and follow-up on maintenance requests. The manager serves as a primary point of contact for residents and board members, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and supporting enforcement of community rules and policies. The role includes assisting with budget preparation, monitoring expenses, supporting collection processes, and preparing reports for the board. The manager also plans and coordinates meetings, maintains records and documentation, and ensures that association policies and procedures are consistently applied. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in community association management, property management, or a related field. Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, and relationship building with boards, residents, and vendors. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities on-site. Basic financial and administrative skills, including budgeting, reporting, and document management. Ability to interpret and apply association governing documents, rules, and applicable regulations. Comfort with standard office software and management systems used for recordkeeping and communications. Ability to work on-site with occasional evening or weekend availability for meetings or events.
