Design Coordinator

The role The Design Coordinator sits within the Information Design team, a group of writers, designers, technical communicators, and other creative professionals. The team develops content, branding, documents, and training materials for a wide audience. The role is open to recent graduates as well as experienced designers. What you would do Design and format clinical study materials (worksheets, informational cards, questionnaires) for patients, caregivers, research site staff, and physicians Incorporate amendments and translations into existing documents using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Word Manage translation workflows to deliver high-quality materials to audiences around the world Keep study teams informed by tracking study materials through the regulatory submission process Review study materials to confirm they accurately reflect source documentation What they are looking for A bachelor's degree, with a design-related degree or design experience preferred Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, including applying styles and using templates Significant experience with file structure and file management Ability to apply skills in design, writing, editing, communication, and organization across diverse projects Comfort prioritizing multiple requests in a collaborative, fast-moving environment Interest in developing expertise in how translations affect design and layout Candidates local to the Cincinnati area are preferred Working arrangements This role is fully office-based at Medpace's Cincinnati, Ohio headquarters.
