About the Position

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Must be flexible to cover mid-shifts as needed
• Provide direct emergency nursing care to patients with diverse and urgent medical needs
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans
• Adjust nursing interventions as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Respond efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Utilize Meditech EMR accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Current active Vermont RN License or Compact Multi-State RN License
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room RN experience
• Ability to work independently while functioning as a collaborative team member
• Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills
• TNCC certification (Preferred, not required)
• Previous experience with Meditech EMR (Preferred, not required)
