Project Coordinator

Overview A leading commercial HVAC and plumbing contractor in Arizona is seeking a full-time HVAC Project Coordinator to support project teams, field leadership, subcontractors, and service operations. This role is ideal for an organized, dependable, and growth-minded individual with HVAC project coordination experience. The HVAC Project Coordinator will help manage project documentation, material tracking, submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, and communication between office and field teams. Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Key Responsibilities Coordinate and enter HVAC projects into the company's project management system. Order, track, and coordinate materials and equipment. Prepare and process submittals, RFIs, subcontracts, change orders, O&M manuals, and other project documentation. Work closely with the HVAC Service Manager, Project Managers, Field Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Serve as a liaison with subcontractors to expedite drawings, documentation, and project information. Maintain accurate project logs, including RFIs, vendor/subcontractor logs, and change orders. Track responses and communicate updates to Project Managers and Superintendents. Perform document control in accordance with company and project procedures. Transmit, track, and organize submittals, RFIs, agreements, job status sheets, and project documentation. Support project teams by organizing, scheduling, and prioritizing project-related tasks. Handle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. Assist with typing, filing, scanning, emailing, and other administrative support duties. Communicate professionally with team members, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders. Continue developing construction and project management knowledge for future growth opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of HVAC project coordination experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong organizational and document control skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic. Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company well.
