What You Need Active LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW license in Washington (required — we are not able to hire other license types at this time) Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems Availability during afternoon/evening hours Preferred Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities Prior school-based or youth-focused experience Active NPI and CAQH Bilingual Spanish/English fluency Pay Range $75 - $115 USD
