Mental Health Therapy Summary We are seeking licensed Mental Health Therapist (LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) to contract or be employed with Pinnacle Behavioral Healthcare. Contractors will set their own schedules, market themselves, and manage their patient caseload while benefitting from Pinnacle's infrastructure and referral network. Employees can be Part-Time, Full-Term or Hybrid. Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities Conduct individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions to address various mental health issues. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy and crisis intervention. Participate in care coordination with medication providers Maintain accurate medical documentation in Pinnacle's EHR system and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Provide support for patients dealing with addiction, grief, and trauma-related issues. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in psychotherapy. Participate in case management and intake assessments. Proactively market yourself to build and sustain your caseload. Mental Health Therapist Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Valid and current state licensure as an independent Mental Health Therapist or equivalent credential. Proven experience in psychotherapy, particularly with diverse populations. Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy and crisis intervention techniques. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients. Experience with telehealth platforms is preferred. Knowledge of addiction or trauma counseling is a plus. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
