If you share some of these priorities, visions, and goals, we would love to welcome you to our team! Key Responsibilities Conduct Diagnostic Assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing psychotherapy services in an outpatient setting. Offer parent coaching to support treatment goals. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with clients and families to achieve therapeutic goals. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the mental health services for clients. Work with providers through consultation and collaboration to best meet clients’ needs. Provide staff training, consultation or other presentations as needed. Qualifications Masters' degree in social work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Independent licensure (e.g. LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC) preferred but not required. Experience working with Individuals, families, and/or couples in a clinical setting. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
