Assistant Community Manager

Rate: $23.50 - $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Assistant Community Manager experience on an apartment community.

• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.

• Must be able to work one Saturdays per month with an alternative day off during the week.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday

Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
