How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the strategic expansion of life‑saving programs, including sickle cell, hemophilia, and CAR‑T therapies, to ensure families in Central Texas and beyond have access to world‑class pediatric cures. Create a seamless, high-quality care experience across outpatient clinics, infusion centers, and research programs to improve clinical outcomes and support the holistic needs of every patient. Support a culture of excellence by recruiting and retaining top‑tier providers and associates who are dedicated to advancing the field of pediatric hematology/oncology. Drive the journey toward FACT accreditation, elevating our stem cell and bone marrow transplant programs to the highest national standards of safety and cellular therapy. Cultivate powerful partnerships with internal research teams and external community organizations to secure the resources and alignment necessary to achieve our service line goals. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. What additional preferences we're seeking Service Line Leadership Experience: Proven track record of directing operations and strategy for a high‑volume pediatric specialty or oncology service line. FACT Accreditation Expertise: Direct experience or foundational knowledge in navigating the Foundation for Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT) requirements for transplant and cellular therapy programs.
