Responsibilities Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service and cleanliness. Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards. Communicate effectively with crew and the next shift manager to help them prepare. Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals. Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability. Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts.
