What You’ll Do: Achieving Sales Goals – Meet and exceed assigned sales and KPI targets in your region. Building High-Performing Teams – Recruit, train, and develop a winning sales force. Driving Customer Loyalty – Maintain superior service standards to ensure high retention rates. Maximizing Store Performance – Monitor operations, inventory, and cash management to maintain efficiency. Optimizing Sales Strategies – Identify opportunities for process improvements and execute solutions. Empowering Teams – Provide impactful coaching, ongoing training, and hands-on leadership. Leading Marketing Initiatives – Implement grassroots marketing efforts to drive brand visibility and store traffic. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with internal and external stakeholders to align business strategies and objectives. #MLTA1 Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Proven Multi-Unit Leadership – 4+ years of experience managing 50+ locations in Wireless Retail or Quick Service Restaurants. Industry Expertise – 5+ years in wireless retail or QSR leadership with a strong sales focus. People-First Leadership – A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
