HRBP Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Overall coordinate and interface with business departments on all HR modules to support the execution of business strategies.
2. Lead organizational structure optimization, talent reviews, and core talent pipeline development for the business line.
3. Drive the implementation of the performance management system, and follow up on closed-loop full-cycle performance management and continuous improvement.
4. Diagnose HR management pain points within the business line, and design and implement targeted solutions.
5. Coordinate and advance employee relations management, and properly handle labor disputes and personnel changes.
6. Monitor labor costs and workforce efficiency data for the business line, and regularly provide analysis and optimization recommendations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of HR-related work experience, including 3+ years in an HRBP management role.
3. Experience as an HRBP in new energy manufacturing or high-end production manufacturing industries is preferred.
4. Proficient in hands-on operation of all HR modules, familiar with labor laws and talent market dynamics.
5. Strong business understanding, cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
6. Proficient in core HRBP skills such as organizational diagnosis, talent review, and performance driving.
