Role Description The Finance Administrator is a part-time remote role responsible for supporting the financial operations of Care Connections. Day-to-day tasks include processing invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable activities. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing basic financial reports for management review. The Finance Administrator will collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with internal financial controls and respond to finance-related queries from staff and external partners. This position requires consistent attention to detail, confidentiality, and effective communication in a remote work environment.\n

• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Planning skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.

• Candidates should possess solid Accounting skills to manage invoices, reconciliations, and basic ledger entries.

• Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and identify variances or trends.

• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

• Relevant experience in finance or accounting support roles, preferably in healthcare or service-oriented organizations.

• Proficiency with common accounting or ERP software and strong Excel skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information responsibly.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
