Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - LPN

California LVN – Urgent Care

Rotating shifts: Monday–Friday: 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM; Saturday–Sunday: 08:30 AM – 07:00 PM. Weekend requirement: Yes — every other weekend (with some holidays).

120 hours of orientation required. Pre-approved time off: one occurrence per posting.

Active California LVN license (permanent, not temporary).

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC.

IV certification and blood draw/phlebotomy certification.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Room; 2 years overall outpatient experience.

Supervisor references: 2 required from within the past year.

Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.

Perform vital signs and data collection.

Provide wound care and assist with basic outpatient procedures.

Administer vaccines and participate in medication reconciliation.

Conduct 12-lead EKGs and carry out telephone triage.

Assess and manage pain in patients across various age groups.

Copy of active California LVN license and required certifications must be provided at submission. Background checks may be required.
