As a Senior Associate of Technology Investment Banking at a boutique investment bank, your role is to support the Technology Investment Banking team in providing strategic financial advisory services to clients within the technology sector. You will be responsible for assisting with deal origination, conducting financial analysis, developing pitch materials, and supporting the execution of transactions. This position requires a strong understanding of the technology industry, financial modeling expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Origination: Collaborate with senior bankers to spot tech sector investment opportunities by staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of client companies, including financial statements, valuation metrics, and industry benchmarking.
• Due Diligence: Assist in due diligence processes, reviewing legal documents, financial records, and market research.
• Pitch Materials: Prepare pitch books and marketing materials showcasing the bank's expertise and the value of its services.
• Transaction Execution: Support senior team members in managing transactions, including M&A, equity offerings, and capital raises.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a point of contact and addressing inquiries.
