Production Assembler – Bow Assembly
Location: Tarpon Springs, FL
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Must be flexible)
Position Overview
We are hiring Production Assemblers to join a manufacturing team in Tarpon Springs! This is a hands-on position assembling bows and related components. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand tools, and has excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assemble bows and components according to production specifications and work instructions.
- Use a variety of hand tools and basic equipment to complete assembly tasks.
- Perform hands-on mechanical assembly and adjustments.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and production guidelines.
- Inspect completed products for quality, accuracy, and proper assembly.
- Identify damaged or defective components and report issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a consistent production pace while meeting quality standards.
- Handle materials and components safely and efficiently.
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and safe.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
- Assist with other production duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable working with hand tools.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, mechanical, or hands-on work experience preferred.
- Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic assembly issues.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Comfortable performing repetitive assembly tasks.
- Ability to work at a steady pace in a production environment.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and use hands throughout the shift.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
