What you'll do Oversee daily operations, department leaders, staffing, and vendor partnerships. Drive occupancy through smart sales strategies, outreach, and market insights. Manage budgets, financial performance, and key reporting. Champion resident experience, safety, compliance, and brand standards; serve as MOD as needed. Requirements You bring 5+ years of leadership in senior living, hospitality, or related operations. Financial acumen, people leadership, and confident communication (including public speaking).
