About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to lead its strategic vision of achieving optimal health for all residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a significant revenue stream and directing a large grant-making portfolio. This role demands a collaborative and transformative leader with a proven track record in mentorship, teambuilding, and the ability to influence and lead the organization towards positive growth. The CEO will also be tasked with reviewing and making recommendations to empower programmatic refinements within the organization. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and have at least 7 years' of executive-level experience in a successful healthcare leadership role. Essential skills for this position include strong analytical, writing, and presentation abilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a large budget, have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and be capable of driving the organization towards its mission of serving the community's health needs.
