The Regional Director of Maintenance is a key member of the Regional Management team. The position reports to Operations and is responsible for all day-to-day activities and supervision of the facility's business office functions. This supports Regions 4 and 6.

Qualifications for Regional Director of Maintenance:
- 35 years of progressive leadership experience as a Maintenance Director or Regional Director within healthcare facilities.
- Working knowledge of Life Safety Code, Emergency Preparedness, NFPA standards, OSHA regulations, and accessibility requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with TELS Building Management (highly utilized in daily operations).
- Specialized trade licenses (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) are a plus however, not required.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
