- Engage with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Clearly explain policy options, coverage details, and pricing in both English and Spanish.
- Build rapport and establish trust with a diverse clientele.
- Process applications accurately and efficiently.
- Achieve sales goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support overall office success.
Requirements
- We assist with obtaining your Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
