Leasing Administrator

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with commercial leases, insurance compliance, and property operations. What you'll do Review and interpret commercial leases, amendments, and related legal documents Maintain accurate lease records and enter lease data into Yardi Voyager Track critical lease dates, renewals, and lease obligations Manage tenant and property insurance compliance Review and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) Coordinate insurance claims and serve as the liaison between tenants, owners, brokers, and insurance carriers Obtain and compare insurance quotes Communicate professionally with tenants, attorneys, brokers, clients, and internal team members Support the property management team with lease administration and special projects What we're looking for 3+ years of commercial real estate, lease administration, or property management experience Strong understanding of commercial lease language and the ability to interpret lease provisions independently Experience with Yardi Voyager strongly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Professional, dependable, and customer-focused Why join this team Join a respected Long Island commercial real estate organization Flexible 30-hour work week with schedule flexibility Collaborative, supportive, and professional work environment Opportunity to work with an experienced property management team Competitive compensation based on experience If you're a highly organized commercial real estate professional who enjoys managing lease administration and working in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential
