What You’ll Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and collect vehicle/fleet details
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch field technicians
- Communicate diagnostic findings and repair recommendations
- Prepare estimates and write work orders
- Follow up with customers on approvals and service completion
- Coordinate with technicians and parts teams to track job status
- Maintain professional phone, text, and email communication
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 1–3 years customer service or service desk experience
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple service requests and follow up
- Professional phone presence and email skills
Preferred (Not Required):
- Automotive or fleet service industry experience
- Understanding of truck, diesel, or heavy equipment services
