In-Home Acute Care RN — Hospital-at-Home (36h/wk)

Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver hospital-level care in patients’ homes under the Hospital at Home program in Park Ridge, IL. This full-time role features 12-hour day shifts, 9:00am start, 0.9 FTE (36 hours/week) with rotating weekends and holidays. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is included, paid 50% at 90 days and 50% at 1 year.
