About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic vision, leadership, and operational oversight in alignment with its mission and long-term objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for positioning the organization to effectively navigate changes in healthcare reform, driving growth and innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered services. This role requires a leader with a Master’s degree in a relevant field, a proven track record in executive-level leadership, and the ability to manage a complex primary care ambulatory clinic. Experience in FQHC is preferred. The CEO will also be tasked with fostering strong collaborations with healthcare partners and community organizations to advance the mission and broaden access to care. Key selection criteria for the CEO include the ability to oversee long-range fiscal and program planning, experience in growing and expanding programs, and a demonstrated ability to recruit and retain executive leadership teams. The ideal candidate will be a visionary and strategic thinker, results-oriented, and possess effective communication and strong relationship-building skills. They should be a servant leader with unquestioned integrity, a long-term perspective, and a strong sense of accountability. The role demands a leader who can develop and manage relationships at the local, state, and federal levels, and who is prepared to navigate the current political and fiscal challenges facing the industry.
