About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to serve as its chief executive and administrative leader, with a primary focus on advancing the organization's artistic, financial, and strategic goals. The successful candidate will work in close partnership with the Board of Directors, Music Director, and General Manager to ensure the organization's mission is upheld. This role is pivotal in the overall management, financial sustainability, fundraising leadership, and fostering a strong organizational culture and community presence. The ideal Executive Director will be a visionary, collaborative, and results-driven leader, with a proven track record in nonprofit management, particularly in the arts, and a deep commitment to community engagement and cultural vitality. As the Executive Director, the key responsibilities will include leading the organization through a period of renaissance, particularly in the wake of the pandemic and past leadership transitions. The role demands a leader who can guide the organization with fiscal discipline, artistic innovation, and a spirit of optimism.
