Position Summary As an IT Technician at ROBO, you'll deliver high-quality technical support across onsite service, hardware deployment, and remote ticket resolution in a fast-paced MSP environment. You'll troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of issues across desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, and core business applications both onsite and remotely. There will be the opportunity to occasionally go onsite to client locations to install equipment, resolve issues, and represent ROBO with professionalism and confidence. You will also actively work tickets from the Service Desk queue, maintaining accurate, real-time documentation in HaloPSA as work is performed. This role requires the ability to adjust priorities based on business needs and seamlessly shift between onsite support, hardware preparation, and ticket resolution. This job will entail mostly working from our office in Vancouver, with some onsite work at client offices from time to time.
