IT Helpdesk Technician

Construction company in NW Portland is hiring an IT Helpdesk Technician for a 4‑month contract opportunity. Job Duties Provide support to staff on all company-supported applications and devices Software and hardware support for end user devices. Identification and remediation of end user technical issues or escalation as needed. Perform basic network troubleshooting. Providing directions to technical resources. Act as a liaison between Enterprise Technical Services and the end user. Provision new devices for end users. Troubleshoot device problems, determine source, and advise on appropriate action Complete Information Technology project work Install, configure, and maintain company devices and related hardware and software Maintain knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques Identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operations problems Qualifications 2-4 years of helpdesk experience or working with a helpdesk/IT provider Must have experience with Azure AD (Entra ID), Active Directory and Windows 11 experience Experience with imaging and Windows 11 refreshes is a big plus CompTIA A+ is a plus but not required Previous construction experience is a plus but not required Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
