You’ll work approximately 2.5 to 3 days per week, striking the perfect balance between professional fulfillment and personal time.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license, or eligibility for New Mexico state licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) also encouraged to apply
• Background in pediatric speech-language services in educational or healthcare settings
• Experience or comfort with teletherapy platforms
• Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and commitment to supporting student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students as specified in their IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop goals, and maintain thorough reports and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote best outcomes
• Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities for service delivery as appropriate
• Support students across a spectrum of needs, adapting therapy techniques as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and ongoing school initiatives
