School-Based Mental Health Clinician (LMHC/LCSW) Schedule: Monday-Friday School Hours Only No Evenings School Calendar Schedule Location: NYC Schools – Opportunities Available Across All Five Boroughs Pay: W2: $76/hour with benefits available for full time 1099: $80/hour **Please note that compensation ranges are determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and market considerations.** Support Students Where They Learn and Grow We are actively hiring Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) for school-based opportunities throughout New York City. Our team works closely with each provider to identify placements that align with their experience, preferred location, schedule, and professional goals. What You'll Do: Provide individual and group counseling services to students Support social-emotional development and behavioral goals Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting as needed Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers Assist with crisis intervention and student support planning when appropriate Qualifications: Active New York State LMHC or LCSW License Strong communication and documentation skills School-based experience preferred but not required Why Join Us?
