We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Night Shift Respiratory Therapist (RT) to work closely with our nursing and clinical staff to deliver exceptional respiratory care to our residents. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve optimal breathing function, recovery, and comfort in a caring and resident-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Perform respiratory assessments and provide individualized therapy in accordance with physician orders and care plans. Administer and monitor oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and ventilator management as needed. Document respiratory interventions, progress notes, and equipment use accurately and timely. Respond promptly to changes in residents' respiratory status and coordinate care with nurses and physicians. Maintain, calibrate, and ensure proper function of respiratory therapy equipment. Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory treatments and health practices. Qualifications Current, valid Respiratory Therapist license (CRT or RRT) in the State of Ohio. Current BLS certification (CPR); ACLS preferred. Previous experience in long-term care, sub-acute, or hospital respiratory care preferred (new grads welcome!). Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork skills. Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented with a focus on quality care. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience. $3,500 Sign on Bonus.
