HR Generalist

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic HR Generalist to support our dynamic team in Michigan. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant company culture while ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives that promote engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Support employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations, goal setting, and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making.

Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
