Overview H&K Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated, friendly, and results-driven Human Resources Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple operational divisions, including heavy civil and infrastructure construction, aggregates and materials production, skilled trades and fleet maintenance, professional driving roles, and corporate support functions. Competitive salary commensurate with experience 100% Company-paid Health Benefits 401(k) Savings and Investment Plan Tuition reimbursement programs available to qualifying employees for approved programs Additional training opportunities including on the job, online through the H&K Academy, manufacturer offered training, and more Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple divisions Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning Source, screen, and interview candidates Attend job fairs and recruiting events Manage candidates in iCIMS Ensure positive candidate experience Maintain accurate records and ensure recruiting activities align with company processes and employment law requirements Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Skills, Education, and Experience 2+ years recruiting experience Construction or skilled trades preferred Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple openings at once Willingness to travel locally for job fairs, school events, and recruiting activities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with iCIMS or willingness to learn Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Physical Demands Regularly required to Sit Frequently required to Talk and hear Reach with hands and arms Occasionally required to Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch Lift up to 25 pounds Work Environment Noise level is usually moderate H&K Group, Inc. began as a small family business over a half-century ago and has grown into a dynamic group of vertically integrated companies providing heavy civil contracting, construction materials, transportation and infrastructure, site development, environmental, demolition, water/wastewater, pile driving, support of excavation, design-build, recycling, and emergency response services.
